Each clinician has undertaken specialist training in ear care and microsuction with Ear Care Academy, a recognised UK training provider. Training is delivered in partnership with institutions like West Middlesex Hospital and the UCL Ear Institute. This advanced training ensures our clinicians maintain the expertise, technical competence, and clinical knowledge required to provide consistently high-quality patient care.

The clinic is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator of health and social care services in England, ensuring that healthcare providers meet required standards for quality and safety. 

Our medical clinicians are registered with the General Medical Council (GMC), the regulatory body responsible for maintaining the official register of doctors in the United Kingdom and ensuring doctors meet strict standards of training, professionalism, and ongoing competence.
